1.Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
2.Attend electrical breakdowns and restore equipment within the targeted time.
3.Maintain motors, control panels, MCCs, PCCs, transformers, switchgear, and distribution systems.
4.Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, drives, PLC I/O, sensors, and control circuits.
5.Assist in maintenance of VFDs, soft starters, DG sets, compressors, and utility equipment.
6.Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
7.Monitor equipment health and report abnormalities to the Electrical Engineer.
8.Ensure proper housekeeping of electrical rooms, panels, and work areas. 9.Follow electrical safety procedures including LOTO, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems.
10.Coordinate with production teams during maintenance activities.11.Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
