Competitive Programming Trainer (Full-Time)

The Opportunity

In this role, you will not just be a lecturer; you will be a mentor and a coach, simplifying complex concepts and building a high-octane technical culture. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on students who have just completed their 12th standard and are eager to excel as professional developers.

- Work Location: Pan-India (Stationed at NIAT-collaborated universities)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Employment Type: Full-Time employment
- Full-Time (CTC): Up to 12 LPA per Annum (Based on performance and impact)

Key Responsibilities

- Instructional Delivery & Environment Building: Deliver daily in-person classroom training sessions focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). You are responsible for creating and maintaining a Competitive Programming environment in partnered universities, encouraging students to solve high-level problems and participate in coding contests.
- Expert Problem Solving: Actively assist and resolve student queries and technical issues promptly. You must demonstrate the ability to break down complex problems into logical steps, providing mentorship and guidance that helps students develop their own analytical mindset.
- Curriculum Implementation: Design, develop, and implement learning activities, materials, and resources that align with industry standards. You will ensure the content is rigorous and prepares students for the technical demands of top-tier tech companies.
- Classroom Management at Scale: Handle class sizes of 70100 students, ensuring high levels of engagement and effective learning outcomes for every individual. You must be able to maintain energy and focus in a large-group setting.
- Quality Assurance & Mentorship: Review student deliverables for accuracy, efficiency, and quality.



You will continuously develop and demonstrate a teaching philosophy that inspires students, while staying current with professional developments in both pedagogy and software practices.

Requirements & Skills

Must-Have Skills:

- Education: B.Tech/Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Core Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Problem Solving, Data Structures, and Algorithms. You should be highly comfortable with complex algorithmic challenges.
- OOP Knowledge: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Communication: Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms to interact with students and track their progress.
- Character: High levels of empathy, ambition, and the ability to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Competitive Programming Culture: Robust knowledge of industry standards and a proven ability to improve the competitive programming culture (e.g., active profiles on platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, or CodeChef).
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training, specifically within the Computer Science domain.
- AI Literacy: Sound knowledge of AI tools and their practical integrations into the learning process.
- Ownership: A strong sense of initiative, ownership, and the drive to deliver high-quality teaching outcomes consistently.
