- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture.

- Work Orders and Service Appointments
- Resource Scheduling and Optimization
- Salesforce Flow
- Apex
- Lightning Experience
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.




- Experience with Service Cloud and broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of GIS, mapping solutions, and route optimization concepts.
- Experience with mobile workforce management solutions.
