As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for key positions across the business. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, proactively source top talent, build high-quality talent pipelines, and ensure we consistently hire people who raise the bar.

You'll be expected to think beyond filling open roles. You'll continuously improve recruiting processes, leverage AI and automation, provide market insights, and help shape the way Advantage HQ attracts world-class talent.

What You Will Own

Full-Cycle Recruitment

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management,



and hiring coordination.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Ensure every hiring process is professional, efficient, and aligned with our company values.

Strategic Talent Sourcing

- Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, Boolean search, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain solid pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and niche positions.
- Leverage AI sourcing tools and automation to increase recruiter productivity.

Hiring Manager Partnership

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Provide recommendations on hiring strategy, compensation benchmarking, and market availability.
- Keep stakeholders informed through consistent communication and recruiting updates.
