- 615 years of experience in network monitoring, engineering tools management, assurance systems, or technology implementation.
- Strong experience with Entuity network monitoring platforms in enterprise environments.
- Robust understanding of networking fundamentals including:
- TCP/IP
- SNMP
- VLANs
- Routing & Switching

- Experience working in multi-vendor environments including:

- Cisco
- Juniper
- Aruba
- Palo Alto
- F5

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods.
- Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with engineering workflows, quality systems, and enterprise integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
- Strong skills in:
