Role & responsibilities
Processor - Customer Service. The following responsibilities and competencies have been proposed for the role:

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication standards.
- Perform document verification activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review, validate, and process customer documents as per defined guidelines.
- Manage service desk requests and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and process completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support data entry and operational activities.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid customer service orientation.
- Ability to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
