Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and define project milestones.
- Track project progress against the baseline schedule.
- Identify schedule delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to update schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Perform resource planning and manpower forecasting.
- Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules.
- Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path analysis (CPM).
- Participate in project review meetings and present schedule status.
- Support project managers in forecasting project completion dates.
- Maintain project documentation related to planning and scheduling.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques.
- Proficiency in:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, pivot tables)

- Understanding of:

- Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Earned Value Management (EVM)
- S-curves
- Resource loading and leveling
- Cost and schedule control

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering




- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Chemical Engineering (depending on the industry)

Preferred Experience

- Experience in EPC sectors such as:
- Oil & Gas
- Petrochemical
- Power Plants
- Infrastructure
- Renewable Energy
- Water Treatment
- Industrial Plants
