Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OIC Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion integrations and middleware development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and Oracle Fusion data migration tools such as FBDI, HDL, and ESS Jobs. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build and consume REST and SOAP web services for system integrations.
- Develop and transform data using XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, and related technologies.
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion inbound and outbound integrations.
- Work with FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for bulk data migration and data management activities.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot ESS (Enterprise Scheduler Service) Jobs.
- Develop integrations with Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, or SCM modules and external applications.
- Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.




- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance of existing integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware/Integration development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Services, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath.
- Experience with FBDI, HDL, and ESS Jobs.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion application architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience with error handling, exception management, and monitoring in OIC.
- Good understanding of security concepts, authentication mechanisms, and web services.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, or SCM modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle ATP, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD practices, and version control tools.
- Oracle OIC certification is an added advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
