Job Summary

We are looking for a technical integration specialist experienced in connecting Ironclad with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

- Configure and support Ironclad Salesforce integrations.
- Set up workflow launch, workflow sync, and record synchronization.
- Map Salesforce objects, fields, IDs, and contract metadata between systems.
- Configure Ironclad managed packages, connected applications, authentication, and integration settings.
- Troubleshoot synchronization, data mapping, and integration issues.
- Work with Salesforce teams on objects, fields, flows, APIs, and data models.
- Support integrations using platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
- Monitor data flows and help maintain reliable contract-related integrations.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration/development, systems integration, or technical consulting.




- Hands-on experience integrating Ironclad (CLM platform) with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, APIs, and managed packages.
- Experience with data mapping and system-to-system integrations.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, authentication, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
