- Resource Scheduling and Capacity forecasting
- Inventory/Asset Management
- Custom Properties Configuration
- Business Rules
- Screen Elements
- Plugin Configuration and Integrations
- Activities
- Resources
- Mobile App enablement
- REST APIs
- Analytics Cloud Integration
- Proven working experience in Oracle Service Cloud in minimum 3 E2E implementations.
