Experience: 5-8 years in Feed Manufacturing / Poultry Feed / Cattle Feed Plant

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day feed production activities to achieve production targets while ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Lead production teams across shifts, ensuring smooth plant operations, adherence to production schedules, and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and all safety regulations throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments to maintain uninterrupted production and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, power consumption, and machine performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.




- Analyze daily production reports, shift reports, inventory consumption, formulation gain/loss, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and submit MIS reports to management.
- Plan preventive maintenance in coordination with the engineering team to maximize equipment availability and minimize production losses.
- Train, guide, and motivate production personnel while ensuring discipline, safety awareness, and adherence to company policies.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and other process improvement initiatives to improve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, statutory requirements, and internal audit observations related to production operations.
