Job Title: Senior GIS Executive ( POI QC )

Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Job Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.

Shifts: Rotational shifts and Rotational week offs.

Transport: Two-Way cab facility

Salary Details: 4.60 LPA (including 5% Variable Pay)

Notice Period:

- Immediate Joiners are strongly preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Purpose of role:

- Execute transactions/tickets as per client provided guidelines and timelines and follows the process with the objective of meeting defined SLA. Understanding Point of Interest Policies

Broad activities performed:

- Perform GIS map data edits / Quality check using client Tools according to procedures and specifications.
- Track progress on assigned tasks with correct and timely updates in the appropriate work allocation /assigning system.
- Follow the procedures and specifications as changes may be happening from time to time.
- Raise questions and seek guidance for assigned tasks that expose contradictions or ambiguities in the working specification.
- Submit bug reports for tool related that do not perform as expected or have opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users - Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets.




- Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates - Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.
- Perform quality checks on tickets as per checklist.

Must Have:

- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in POI Production
- Having POI QC experience is an added advantage
- Able to analyze the map data and provide insights / opportunities for improvement
- Working knowledge of the quality policies and procedures (POI)
