Role & responsibilities

Coordinate and manage training programs, workshops, and learning sessions.

Handle end-to-end event management activities including planning, scheduling, and execution.

Coordinate with stakeholders, managers, trainers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Manage training calendars, meeting rooms, facilities, and logistics arrangements.

Ensure proper communication and follow-up with participants and business teams.

Support administrative and operational activities related to training and events.

Handle critical situations effectively with solid problem-solving skills.

Maintain reports, attendance records, feedback forms, and training documentation.

Ensure smooth facility management and operational support during events and workshops.

Build positive relationships with employees, managers,



and external partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Training Coordination, Event Management, Operations, or Facility Management.

Experience in handling corporate training programs and workshops is preferred.
