- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain study abroad programs, universities, and services.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture student leads.
- Schedule appointments for Study Abroad Counsellors.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into counselling appointments.
- Maintain accurate call records and update candidate details in the CRM.
- Meet daily call, lead generation, and appointment booking targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the enquiry process.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Knowledge of regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
