Job Description:

We are hiring MAB Retail responsible for sourcing loan leads, insurance leads, from the our existing merchants and customers. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and cross-selling banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers, merchants, shopkeepers, and market areas

- Generate business through field activities, references, and cold calls

- Maintain relationships with merchants and channel partners

- Ensure timely login of cases and follow-up until activation

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (POS / EDC / QR / Banking preferred)

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate





- Must have a smartphone and basic communication skills
