We're looking for a Cloud Technical Delivery Manager experienced in GCP Cloud with application development background. This role involves in managing a complete set of activities

related to the project delivery in a company such as lead or presales management, qualification for

the bid/financing, staffing, client management, delivery governance, and end to end execution.

Experienced in running multiple delivery streams/clients, assuring proper governance on the top

management level is essential.

- Lead and manage multiple Google Cloud projects involving multiple teams for tier 1 enterprise and public sector organisations.
- Oversee the transition from sales discussions to actual project delivery, including initiation, planning resources, setting schedules, and managing project finances.
- Ensure projects are delivered effectively by tracking progress, reporting status, and planning for potential risks.
- Actively manage and resolve any project risks, issues, or actions to keep things on track and meet deadlines.
- Verify the quality of work delivered by both Google and partner teams against contract obligations.
- Manage project scope, making sure requirements are clear, prioritized, and aligned with work that might be done by Google Cloud Professional Services and/or partners.
- Maintain accurate project systems for forecasting resources and financials.
- Handle all tasks necessary to formally close out projects, including holding retrospectives to learn from the experience.
- Stakeholder management and negotiations throughout the project, including internal Google teams, clients, and partners.




- Project hygiene across all internal systems (e.g., CRM, project planners, financial systems).

Minimum Qualifications

- Certified in one of: Google Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) or Google AI Leader (GAIL)
- 9+ years leading digital transformation projects for major enterprise and public sector organizations
- 9+ years leading projects in technical domains like Cloud Infrastructure, modernizing applications, and data analytics
- 9+ years delivering cloud migration projects
- 9+ years with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
- 5+ years managing partners and/or global delivery centres
- Experience working with diverse, globally distributed teams and clients, collaborating with partners to deliver effective solutions
- Ability to lead project kick-offs (preparation, coordination, presentation)
- Experience in program management, client service, or management consulting
- Experience with PMIS tools like Jira, Asana, or SmartSheet
- Hands-on experience running concurrent projects, including status reports and financial tracking
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 or Google Workspace
- Ability to work from Google's Customer Office on weekdays as required

Preferred Qualifications

- Cloud Architect Certification from any major cloud provider
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- SCRUM Master or SAFe certifications
- Experience using data to make decisions and prioritize tasks
- Good understanding of the overall Cloud market and competitive differentiators
- Ability to quickly learn current technologies, methods, and solutions in Cloud/IT
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and context-switch while staying organised
