Job Title: EBS Technical Developer Experience: 6-8 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Oracle EBS Technical with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite development and technical customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle EBS solutions including integrations, extensions, interfaces, and customizations while ensuring scalable and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, and interfaces
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze enhancement requirements
- Develop efficient and maintainable code using Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and related technologies
- Implement and test technical solutions aligned with business requirements
- Provide technical expertise across Oracle EBS Financials, SCM, and HRMS modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and infrastructure teams
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and design specifications




- Mentor and guide junior developers while contributing to team knowledge sharing
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous enhancement initiatives

Required Skills:

- 68 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Workflows
- Experience working with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, SCM, and HRMS
- Positive understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members

Good to Have:

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customization
- Experience working in Agile development environments

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who:

- Has never worked directly with clients
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS technical development experience
