- Testing & Commissioning Schedule
- Handover Schedule
- Look Ahead Plans (2 Weeks / 4 Weeks / 8 Weeks)
- Milestone Tracking
- Critical Path Analysis
- Resource Loaded Schedule
- Recovery Programme

B. Engineering Coordination

Coordinate with Design Department for:

- Shop Drawings
- Fabrication Drawings
- Installation Drawings
- General Arrangement Drawings
- Structural Calculations
- Material Take Off
- Material Submittals
- Method Statements
- RFIs
- Consultant Comments
- Drawing Revisions
- IFC Drawing Releases

Track engineering approvals and ensure timely release of construction information.

C. Procurement Coordination

Coordinate procurement status of:

- Aluminium Extrusions
- Architectural Glass
- ACP
- Steel
- Hardware
- Sealants
- Gaskets
- Fasteners
- Brackets
- Anchors
- Louvers
- Mesh Systems
- Accessories

Monitor long lead materials and identify procurement risks.

D. Production Planning

Coordinate with Factory for:

- Material Receipt
- Production Planning
- CNC Machining
- Fabrication
- Assembly
- Glazing
- Quality Inspection
- Packing
- Dispatch Readiness

Prepare factory production dashboards.

E. Logistics Planning

Monitor:

- Vehicle Planning
- Dispatch Schedule
- Delivery Planning
- Site Material Receipt
- Material Tracking
- Transit Status
- Delivery Documentation

F. Site Coordination

Coordinate with Project Managers regarding:

- Labour Deployment
- Installation Sequence
- Crane Planning
- Cradle Planning
- Material Requirements
- Daily Progress
- Site Constraints
- Consultant Instructions
- Client Decisions
- Snag Rectification

G. Project Controls





Develop and monitor:

- Planned vs Actual Progress
- S-Curve Analysis
- Delay Analysis
- Recovery Planning

- Productivity Analysis
- Resource Utilization
- Risk Register
- Issue Register
- Action Tracker
- Decision Register

H. Commercial Coordination

Support Commercial Department in:

- RA Billing Milestones
- Quantity Certification
- Progress Certification

- Revenue Forecasting
- Cash Flow Planning
- Billing Dashboard

I. Client & Consultant Coordination

Attend:

- Weekly Progress Meetings
- Monthly Review Meetings
- Consultant Meetings
- Client Meetings
- Internal Management Reviews

Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and monitor action closures.

J. Executive MIS

Prepare and present:

- Daily Project Dashboard
- Weekly Dashboard
- Monthly Executive Dashboard
- Engineering Tracker
- Procurement Tracker
- Production Tracker
- Dispatch Tracker
- Installation Tracker
- Billing Tracker
- Delay Tracker

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

- Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- PowerPoint

Preferred:

- Power BI

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

- 3-6 years of Project Planning experience.
- Experience in Faade / Curtain Wall / Building Envelope Industry.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Engineering, Procurement, Production and Site Coordination.
