We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and business finance activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial controllership, statutory compliance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), and stakeholder management. This role will be responsible for driving financial governance, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate financial insights, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Controllership

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Lead financial consolidation and reporting processes.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Support the FP&A; function with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Monitor business performance through variance analysis and profitability tracking.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders.

Compliance & Audit

- Ensure compliance with IND-AS, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Strengthen financial governance and risk management frameworks.

Business Finance Partnering

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.




- Evaluate investment proposals, cost optimization initiatives, and financial feasibility studies.
- Monitor cost centers, margins, and key financial KPIs.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Ensure efficient treasury and banking operations.

Process Improvement & Automation

- Drive finance ransformation and automation initiatives.
- Improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiencies.
- Work with ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 7-14 years of relevant experience in finance controllership, FP&A;, or financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, and audit management
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, AI tools, and financial reporting
