Process: Collection & Recovery Executive (Outbound Process)

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Shift Timing: 9:30AM - 6:30PM (Day Shift)

Salary: 11,000 - 15,000 (Inhand) + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls to recover pending loan payments.
- Maintain valuable communication with customers regarding their loan dues.
- Provide service and support to customers facing repayment challenges.
- Follow-up on payment commitments and maintain call records.
- Adhere to company guidelines and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: HSC Pass to Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply
