- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and develop effective strategies for filling open positions.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
