We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management & Learning Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of Oracle HCM experience and at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Oracle Talent Management Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of Oracle HCM experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.




- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI Reporting, and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and support business users.

Preferred:

- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications in Talent Management and/or Learning.
- Experience in global Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and feature adoption.

Note:

Candidates with proven Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Learning implementation experience and strong client-facing skills will be highly preferred.
