Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Group Compliance & Documentation Officer to oversee all legal

paperwork, regulatory filings, and compliance records across our group of companies. This specialized role

focuses strictly on managing official documentation and ensuring regulatory adherence. It does not include

general office administration or human resources duties.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Law adherence & Regulatory Oversight: Monitor and ensure all group entities comply with local,

state, and federal laws.

- Statutory Filing Management: Handle all official corporate filings, annual returns, and business registration renewals.

- License Maintenance: Track, renew, and secure all company licenses, permits, and certifications before expiry.

Corporate Records Management

- Maintaining registers: Keeping up-to-date lists of directors, shareholders, and company charges.
- Protected custody: Guarding legal documents, company seals, and passed resolutions.
- Shareholder communication: Handling notices for annual general meetings (AGMs) and managing stock transfers.

- Risk Monitoring:



Identify potential compliance gaps across entities and implement corrective documentation.

- Alert group companies and/or Renew business papers before they expire.

Experience & Eligibility, Skills Set :

- Experience: Proven experience managing corporate documentation or compliance across multiple business entities.

- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate governance, business laws, and regulatory frameworks.

- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a strict focus on detail and accuracy.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with document management systems (DMS) and corporate compliance software.

- Communication: Ability to collaborate clearly with legal teams, executives, and external regulators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree: A degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related subject and/or Company Secretary

- Work experience: 5 to 8 years in a compliance, legal, or document management role.

- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance and local or international regulations.
