- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning across multiple railway project sites in the Secundarabad region.
- Managed post-installation activities and ensured the successful commissioning and operational readiness of multiple project sites within the division.
- Conducted regular site inspections to monitor the performance, reliability, and smooth functioning of installed systems, ensuring compliance with railway quality and safety standards.
- Prepared and submitted detailed site inspection and progress reports, highlighting system performance, observations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinated and maintained effective liaison with Senior Section Engineers (SSE-PWI) and other railway officials for site inspections, issue resolution,



maintenance planning, and project progress updates.
- Identified technical issues during post-commissioning inspections and coordinated with the technical team to ensure timely rectification and minimal system downtime.
- Ensured adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
- Maintained comprehensive documentation of installation, commissioning, testing records, inspection reports, and site-related activities for audit and project compliance purposes.
