- Lead a team of Java FullStack developers to design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Ensure code quality by reviewing and mentoring junior developers' work, as well as implementing best practices throughout the development process.
- Participate in technical leadership activities such as architecture planning, design reviews, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in Java FullStack development with expertise in Angular or similar technologies.
- Robust understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Proven track record of leading teams or mentoring junior developers.
