- Lead and manage the Project Management Unit (PMU) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct current-state assessments and identify infrastructure gaps.
- Develop project strategies, implementation plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
- Prepare project documentation, action plans, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with government departments, System Integrators (SI), vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and quality standards.
- Support preparation of RFPs, RFQs, bid documents, and procurement activities.
- Review project progress and provide recommendations for timely execution.
- Prepare Project Progress Reports (PPR), Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and executive presentations.
- Ensure compliance with project objectives, contractual obligations, and service level requirements.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and resolve project issues proactively.
- Organize training sessions, knowledge transfer, and project handover activities.
- Maintain project documentation, implementation records, and change requests.
- Support the design and development of project-related portals and reporting systems.
- Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
