What We Are Looking For • A hands-on engineer who can build systems, not just configure • Ability to take ownership of SCADA systems end-to-end • Strong problem-solving mindset • Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices

Preferred Skills • Knowledge of ISA 95 (integration) and ISA 101 (HMI design) • Familiarity with OT Cybersecurity frameworks • Experience with Industrial IoT / Cloud platforms • Exposure to redundant SCADA design

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and commission SCADA systems using Aveva PDMS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SCADA systems with other plant automation systems.

- Develop expertise in SCADA architecture and its applications in various industries (Oil & Gas).

- Configure and troubleshoot application servers, including Intouch and Historian software.

- Provide technical support to clients on SCADA system design, implementation, and maintenance.

- Development & Implementation • Configure InTouch HMI applications • Develop graphics aligned with ISA 101 guidelines • Implement alarm management strategy (priority, classification, suppression) • Configure AVEVA Historian for data collection, optimization,



and reporting • Develop scripts (QuickScript / .NET) for automation logic .

- Integration • Integrate SCADA with Siemens and Rockwell PLCs • Configure communication through OPC, DA/UA, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP • Implement MES / ERP integration and database connectivity (SQL)

- Project Execution & Leadership • Lead SCADA project execution from design to commissioning • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and IT teams • Ensure project timelines, quality, and documentation standards

- Support & Troubleshooting • Diagnose and resolve system issues (communication, data errors, performance) • Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure uptime • Support production systems and continuous improvements

- Mandatory Skills • Robust hands-on experience in: o AVEVA System Platform (Application Server, Galaxy Repository) o InTouch HMI (Modern / Classic) o AVEVA Historian • Proven experience in SCADA architecture and deployment • Integration experience with Siemens / Rockwell PLCs • Strong knowledge of industrial protocols • SQL/database experience • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skillset
