JOB DISCRIPTION:

Hiring: Domestic IT Recruiter Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Shift: 9:00 PM 6:00 PM (IST) | 5 Days Working (Sat & Sun Off)

Experience: 12 Months to 4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and cold calling
- Screen, coordinate interviews & ensure smooth hiring process
- Engage with candidates and drive closures effectively
- Work closely with stakeholders to meet hiring goals

Preferred Skills:

- 1-4 years of IT recruitment experience (preferably IT Staffing)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
