Job Summary

Define and enforce enterprise data quality frameworks and standards within Informatica IDMC, ensuring consistent rule design and application. Collaborate across governance, stewardship, and engineering teams to build, monitor, and continuously improve data quality practices on the IDMC platform.

Responsibilities

- Own and manage the design and build of Data Quality rules in Informatica IDMC
- Collaborate with the Data Stewards, Governance, MDM & engineering teams on requirements and turn into design specs
- Monitor trends, identify systemic issues, and drive continuous improvement within the IDMC platform
- Ensure robust data quality controls are in place for critical and regulated processes
- Support internal and external audits through documented standards, controls, metrics, and remediation actions.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

- 7+ years of deep expertise in enterprise data quality management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong understanding of data governance,



data lifecycle management, and regulated data environments.
- Structured problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into pragmatic business outcomes.
- Robust communication skills, able to operate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences
- Informatica IDMC certifications in Data Quality and integration; Agile using Jira/confluence, Azure tech stack
- High level Data Analysis skills using multiple technologies from Excel, SQL, to IDMC profiling and DQ

Preferred

- SOX, Audit, Databricks experience (Unity Catalog)
