Responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical solutions.
- Configure D365 F&O; modules including Finance, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL).
- Work closely with business users to provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
- Lead gap analysis sessions and document business processes, functional designs, and system enhancements.
- Assist in system testing, UAT, and training of end users.

Technical Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy customizations and enhancements in D365 F&O; using X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
- Develop and modify SSRS reports, queries, and data entities to meet business needs.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, and data validation using Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Work on integrations with third-party applications using OData, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate,



and Azure Functions.
- Debug technical issues, analyse logs, and optimize performance of custom functionalities.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Support for issue resolution, updates, and hotfix implementation.
- Ensure security compliance by configuring role-based security, workflows, and approval processes.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience working as a D365 F&O; techno-functional Consultant.
- Solid knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement modules in D365 F&O.;
- Hands-on experience in X++ development, extensions, event handlers, and workflows.
