Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Support Engineer to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance PLM applications and related business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PLM platforms, user support, incident management, system administration, integrations, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for PLM applications and related systems.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
- Monitor PLM system performance and ensure platform availability.
- Support user onboarding, access management, and security administration.
- Coordinate with business users,



developers, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools.
- Support PLM upgrades, patches, migrations, and release activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Work closely with global stakeholders and participate in on-call support when required.
- Support integrations between PLM and ERP, CAD, MES, or other enterprise applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
