Role Overview

We are looking for a sales-driven Contact Centre Operations Manager who can build and lead our in-house calling operations from the ground up. This role requires someone with strong operational expertise and exceptional sales acumen, capable of driving lead conversions, coaching teams to achieve sales targets, and optimizing every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and scale the in-house contact centre, including dialer, IVR, CRM workflows, and call routing.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of calling executives.
- Conduct regular call audits, feedback sessions, and sales coaching to improve performance.
- Develop sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and best practices for the team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.




- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational excellence.
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

- 5 - 8+ years of experience managing contact centre or telesales operations.
- Robust sales acumen with a proven ability to improve conversion rates and exceed targets.
- Experience leading high-volume outbound sales or customer acquisition teams.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Experience with dialers, CRMs, IVR systems, and contact centre technology.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced startup environment.
