Hiring: Accounts Payable (AP) Manager

Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Shift: Night Shift
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
CTC: Up to 30% hike on current CTC (Maximum 13 LPA)

We are looking for candidates who are currently working as an Accounts Payable (AP) Manager on paper with strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience.

Role Requirements:

Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge
Experience in managing Invoice-on-Hold and Exception Queues
Proven track record in reducing aged and pending cases
Experience in Procurement Support and handling end-to-end post-PO issuance activities
Robust stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Team handling experience with a focus on operational excellence
Experience working on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, etc.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P operations.
- Lead invoice exception management and drive closure of aged cases.
- Monitor SLA adherence and process performance metrics.
- Collaborate with procurement teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor AP teams to achieve business objectives.

Candidates should be working as an AP Manager on paper for 1year.
