Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Cluster Heads – Sales to lead real estate sales operations across multiple Mumbai regions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth market knowledge, and proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end sales operations for the assigned region.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of 15–25 members, including Senior Team Leaders, Team Leaders, and Sales Managers.
- Drive sales targets, lead conversion, team productivity, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to maximize business opportunities.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, developers, and clients.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in leading large sales teams and delivering targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of the assigned Mumbai real estate market.
- Candidates with an existing team/network will be preferred.
