- Job Title: Associate - Interview Screening Team
- Experience: 0 - 1 year (Freshers are highly welcome!)
- Qualification: Bachelors or Master's Degree (Any stream)
- Location: Remote / Work From Home (WFH)
- Eligible Regions: Candidates residing in Kolkata, Odisha, or Pune only.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Initial Screening: Conduct initial telephonic/video screening rounds to assess candidates' basic fitment, communication skills, and alignment with job requirements.
- Resume Evaluation: Review and shortlist resumes based on specific job descriptions.
- Coordination: Schedule next-level interviews for shortlisted candidates with hiring managers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all applicants throughout the initial phase.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Communication:
Impeccable English communication skills (both written and verbal) are non-negotiable.
- Location Constraint: You must be currently located in Kolkata, Odisha, or Pune (infrastructure for remote work like secure internet and a quiet workspace is required).
- Skills: Strong active listening skills, a polite telephonic manner, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Mindset: A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
