- RM Planning Ensure timely availability of raw materials as per production demand.
- Purchase Execution Manage PO creation, tracking, and supplier deliveries.
- Supplier Management Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Inventory Control – Optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- MRP Management – Monitor material requirements and shortage risks.
- Cost Reduction – Drive procurement savings through negotiation and sourcing.
- Supplier Performance – Track QCD performance and improvement actions.
- Production Support – Ensure uninterrupted material supply for manufacturing.
- KPI Reporting – Maintain purchase, inventory, and supplier performance dashboards.
- Supplier Development – Improve supplier capability and supply chain reliability.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8–11 years of experience in RM Planning, Purchase & Supplier Management in Automobile/Manufacturing industry.
- MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) preferred with knowledge of SAP, MRP, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Robust skills in supplier management, negotiation, cost control, and automotive supply chain.
