Position Overview: As a Pilot Salesman at Nestl, you will be entrusted with a specific territory where you will be responsible for ensuring the presence of Nestl products in various assigned locations. This role is critical in expanding our reach, particularly in remote villages and religious areas. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the assigned territory, ensuring Nestl's presence in designated areas.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local parties and stakeholders to promote Nestl products.
- Implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of remote communities.
- Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities for increasing product availability and visibility.
- Track sales performance and report results to management, focusing on achieving set targets.




- Collaborate with the sales team to align on promotional activities and product launches.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

- Previous experience in sales , preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with MS EXCEL and data interpretation.
