An individual who can drive sales volume across 3-6 dealerships by executing strategic market plans, leading dealer sales teams, and coordinating with service departments to maximize customer satisfaction. Expert at building critical external partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and government bodies to streamline retail financing, minimize conversion cycle times, and eliminate NPAs.
Role & responsibilities
- Drive Area Sales Volume by executing monthly, quarterly, and yearly retail and delivery plans tailored to regional market demand and specific product mixes.
- Manage Dealership Networks across 6 specific locations by developing, auditing, and optimizing retail systems, standards, and processes.
- Lead Financial Liaison Operations with banks, NBFCs,
and government bodies to smooth retail financing and maintain zero bank overdue or NPAs.
- Maximize Pipeline Conversion through systematic enquiry reviews, targeted activities in specific target regions, and active monitoring of competitor moves.
- Develop Sales Teams by evaluating the performance of Dealer Sales Persons (DSPs) and delivering training to address capability gaps.
- Secure Dealer Financial Health by monitoring dealer own funds in the business and recruiting recent dealer partners aligned with corporate criteria.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction through seamless coordination with internal service teams, regional field engineers, and exchange executives.
