Consign Space Solutions is hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Positive negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience hiring for various IT technologies and domains.
