As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue through client acquisition, executing marketing strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads into clients.
- Acquire new clients for wealth management services.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, funnels, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive quality leads.
Team Leadership
- Build, manage and mentor the sales team.
- Set targets and track performance.
- Ensure strong follow-up and conversion ratios.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Finance).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team handling experience.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wealth management, stock market, or financial services.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Proven track record in sales.
