Job Description

Hiring for International Voice Customer Support. The role involves handling customer calls, troubleshooting issues, resolving billing concerns, and ensuring customer retention.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Customer Support (CS)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Robust problem-solving & customer handling skills
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
- Basic computer skills

Work Location: DLF, Gachibowli (Hyderabad)
Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA
Shift: Rotational (24/7)
Working Days: 5 days (2 rotational week offs)
Transport: 2way cab provided
Mode: Work from Office
