Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely material availability for production and on-time customer deliveries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock verification, and ERP reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO, inventory control procedures, and warehouse best practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Planning teams for smooth material flow.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, contract workers, and agency personnel to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order picking accuracy, productivity, and on-time dispatch.
- Ensure accurate ERP/WMS transactions and maintain warehouse documentation and reports.
- Drive Lean initiatives, 5S, process improvements,



and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, EHS standards, and company policies while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 58 years of warehouse/logistics experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience in inbound, outbound, inventory control, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, ERP/WMS (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX), and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and warehouse safety (EHS) practices.
