Job Summary:

We are seeking an execution driven, hands-on Operations Leader to manage our Last Mile Delivery Hub. In this role, you will own the entire lifecycle of shipments from hub arrival to final customer delivery, driving peak team performance, maintaining strict operational metrics, and managing robust reverse logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily ground level operations, ensuring seamless scanning, sorting, loading, and secure material handling.

2. Manage and motivate a diverse team, including delivery executives (Wishmasters), sorters, and shift supervisors. Roster attendance, resolve conflicts, and drive productivity.

3. Monitor and optimize daily operational metrics, including Delivery Success Rates, Breach/Delay reduction, Misroute minimization, and CPD.

4. Oversee the RTO workflow.



Ensure returned and undelivered customer shipments are accurately logged, processed damage free, and reconciled quickly back to fulfillment centers.

5. Use internal software and advanced Excel to track inventory, run analytics, and generate daily performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1 to 6 years of on floor operational experience in E-commerce Last Mile, 3PL logistics, or express supply chain management.

Core Competencies: Robust team handling skills, ability to thrive under high pressure, and exceptional crisis resolution capabilities.

Education: Graduate in any discipline
