BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Handling Production activities in Open Forge shop
* Coordinating with Hammer team for effective implementation of Production Plan
* Recording of Production data in SAP
* Handle manpower planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of workforce.
* Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices & 5S initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
* Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown resolution.
* Maintain production reports, shift logs, and performance tracking records.
* Train and guide operators and helpers to improve skill levels and efficiency.
