Role & responsibilities :

1. Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly captured and successfully delivered by internal teams.

2. Build robust relationships with clients by providing timely updates, clarifications, and support throughout the project life cycle.

3. Document and define business requirements through direct client discussions.

4.Analyze project requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

5. Translate client needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
6.Conduct functional testing, UAT testing, ensuring solutions meet client expectations.

7.Track and resolve defects with developers, keeping clients informed of progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

2. 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance with direct client interaction.

3. Basic knowledge on manual testing, testing concepts, test cases, test scenarios.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Has a reponsible attitude and a sense of ownership for their work.
