Role & responsibilities

- 8+ years of proven experience in proposal writing and bid management, preferably in IT services and technology environments.
- Strong experience managing the complete proposal lifecycle from opportunity qualification through final submission.
- Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and develop compliance matrices, structured outlines, and response frameworks.
- Lead the development of technical, management, executive summary, and pricing narratives.
- Hands-on experience preparing proposals for IT services and technology projects.
- Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, SMEs, sales, and leadership to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
- Ensure full compliance with client requirements, particularly for US-based and federal/state government opportunities.




- Experience working with US clients; exposure to US federal contracting processes preferred.
- Translate complex technical solutions into transparent, persuasive, and client-focused content.
- Conduct and manage proposal review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.
- Strong understanding of structured, compliance-driven RFP responses.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain and update proposal repositories, templates, and reusable content libraries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
