Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise and motivate store team to achieve business goals

- Maintain positive work setting among store team

- Co-ordinate effectively with Purchase, Warehouse, HR and other departments

- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns promptly and ensure superior shopping experience at all time.

- Manage inventory efficiently by minimizing damages, minimizing stock-outs, maintaining stock accuracy.

- Manage sales performance, analyze business trends and implement action plan to achieve sales targets and growth

- Identify operational challenges and resolve day-to-day issues properly.

- Ensure proper product merchandizing, pricing accuracy, and promotional activities

- Utilize POS/ retail software for store operations, product movement, reporting, billing etc

- Ensure compliance with company policies, FSSAI standards and other standard operating procedures.
