We are hiring an experienced GST professional for a leadership role in our firm. The role involves handling end-to-end GST assignments including advisory, litigation, compliance, along with client and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage GST advisory, compliance, and litigation assignments for a diverse client base
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services on GST and other indirect taxes
- Handle GST assessments, audits, investigations, and departmental notices
- Represent clients before tax authorities and appellate forums
- Keep clients updated on regulatory changes and their business impact
- Review GST returns, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships; identify opportunities for cross-selling services
- Mentor and manage a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables




- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to practice growth

Preferred Experience

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in GST / Indirect Tax
- Prior experience with leading CA firms will be preferred
- Strong hands-on exposure to GST advisory, compliance, and litigation
- Experience in handling GST notices, departmental audits, and assessments independently
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading engagements
- Exposure to multi-industry clients (manufacturing, trading, services, etc.)
- Experience in team handling and mentoring professionals
- Involvement in practice development / business generation will be an added advantage
- Experience knowledge of GST structuring, tax planning, and regulatory updates
