Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Coordinate administration, facilities, and vendor management.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics reports.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, recruitment, absenteeism, headcount, etc.).
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
