Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities in faade, construction, infrastructure, and commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, faade consultants, fabricators, and project developers.
- Generate project leads and drive specification and project sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and upcoming projects.
- Manage and expand the dealer, distributor,



and channel network.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and product developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, order processing, dispatch, and collections.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports and market updates.
- Support product presentations, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
